These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through libere.no. By placing an order with Libere, you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Sale are governed by Norwegian consumer legislation where applicable.

Orders

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is considered accepted once Libere has confirmed the order and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, unavailable products, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances where fulfilment is not possible.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been completed, any payment received will be refunded.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are based on the prices set by Libere and may be shown in different currencies depending on your location. Currency conversion rates are determined by Shopify, our payment providers, or other relevant third-party services and may change over time.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are securely processed through our selected payment providers.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been authorized.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

Risk of loss for the products transfers to you when the products have been delivered.

Products

Libere sells authentic fragrance decants and perfume samples.

Unless otherwise stated, fragrances are transferred from genuine retail bottles into smaller atomizers or sample vials. Images of original fragrance bottles are used only to identify the fragrance and may not represent the exact container you receive.

Libere is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand or manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires. Products must be returned without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery where the product is unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where permitted under applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition whenever possible.

If a product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may reduce the refund amount to account for any loss in value as permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product or documentation that the product has been sent back.

Complaints and Defective Products

If you receive a product with a defect or if the product does not match your order, you have the right to submit a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.

Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering an issue and include your order number and a description of the problem.

If your complaint is valid, we will resolve the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Privacy

Personal information collected through purchases and interactions with our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We use personal information to process orders, provide customer service, and fulfil our legal obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Norway.

If you are a consumer living outside Norway, your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence will continue to apply where required by applicable law.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with Libere may be brought before the relevant Norwegian dispute resolution bodies or courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
